Wow, a feast of images. Thank you, G&A! Personal favorite: Gabe with Beer Lao, next to Mekong.

Still waiting for Da Foot.

Yes, great photos! Leave it to the Buddhists to understand that even Gods occasionally need a lie-down. The two uglies with wads of kip could be an ad for a new reality TV show on robbing banks.
Gabe and the beer. Can't decide if he looks pensive (wondering what all the airplanes are doing in his absence), tired (from carrying Aubrie up and down temple steps) or slightly resigned (having just lost an argument with the waiter over the price of a beer Lao.
"According to the menu, a beer costs 2million kip."
"Yes sir, but that does not include a 5 million kip service charge."
"That's absurd!"
"I agree, but then what are a few extra kip in the grand scheme of things?"

More worrisome is the final shot of Aubrie, from behind, in which she appears to be about 4 feet tall.
What the hell did that doctor do to you?
"Your foot will heal completely, but you will be slightly shorter."
"How much shorter?"
"Who can say? But then what is height in the grand scheme of things?"
